What the assistant does

Answers customers
In English or Spanish, using only the facts and prices you give it. It says when your team has to confirm something.
Quotes from your price list
Prices come from your list, never from a guess.
Finds the exact location
The customer drops a pin on a map instead of typing an address, and drive time from your base decides whether the job is in your area.
Books the appointment
It offers open times from your Google Calendar and books only after the customer says yes.
Hands off to a person
Complaints and requests for a person go to you, and the assistant steps back.

How a business gets connected

  1. You share your services, prices, hours and service area.
  2. You authorize your Instagram account through Meta's official login, and you can remove that access at any time.
  3. You test the assistant and approve its tone, prices and flow before customers see it.

Instagram is the first channel. Messenger is planned.

Who you're working with

FrugSoftware is a one-person software business in Colombia, run by Santiago Andres Martinez Tarazona. You deal directly with the person who builds your assistant.
