Privacy policy
Santiago Andres Martinez Tarazona, doing business as FrugSoftware ("we"), runs this website and builds AI assistants for small businesses. This policy explains what we do with information.
This website
This site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising or analytics cookies. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Assistants we run for businesses
When a business uses our assistant, we process its customers' messages, booking details and confirmed locations on that business's behalf, only to provide the service. The business's own privacy policy explains how it uses that information, and customers should contact the business first about it.
To do this we use service providers: Meta (Instagram and Messenger), Anthropic (AI replies), Google (Calendar and Maps) and Cloudflare (hosting). When a business connects its Instagram account, we keep the access token Meta issues, encrypted, and use it only to receive and send that account's messages. A business can remove this access in Meta's settings at any time.
We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

To ask for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, write to hola@frugsoftware.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with its date.
